i absolutely agree with you, Christian meditation is very vital to our maturity and growth in the Lord….how did i know that? The Psalmist say ..thy words have hid in heart so i might not sin against you… Not sin implies being holy and without holiness no one will see the Lord! Therefore, Christian meditation assist and support believers to be holy. Praise God! Halelujah!!!
